On October 10, 2001, Faith's beloved cat Duke went out for an evening "stroll" and never returned. On top of everything else that was going on, this was almost more heartache than we could bear. Faith's school came to our aid and launched a search for Duke. Signs were posted. Children looked all around their homes. Alas, no Duke.
Faith's best friend Nicole took the search to heart. She created a bunch of "lost kitty" posters (each one hand drawn) and taped them up throughout the neighborhood. We couldn't resist taking one to keep. Thanks, Nicole. You're the best!
